30-day return policy
Your satisfaction is our top priority. To ensure a seamless shopping experience, we offer a comprehensive 30-day return policy. You can return or exchange any eligible item purchased from our store within 30 days of delivery, no questions asked.
Effortless return process
Initiate return/exchange: contact our dedicated customer support team to initiate the return or exchange process. Provide your order number, andthe reason for your return, and the items you wish to return or exchange.
Ship back the item: once we get an item your return or exchange will be authorized, you will receive an address label to return. Securely pack the item in its original packaging and affix the address label. Ship the item back to our designated address via the befitting courier service.
Return/exchange processing: upon receiving your return, we will thoroughly inspect the item within 72 hours. If the item meets our resalable condition standards, your refund or exchange order will be promptly processed, and if opted for exchange, the new item will be shipped within 5 business days after notification. If you opted for a refund, it will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days. You will receive an email confirmation upon completion of your return or exchange.
Eligible reasons for return
We accept returns and exchanges for the following reasons:
Full priced product(s) can be exchanged or refunded within 30 days of purchase – considering the products are unused and in their original packing.
Sale/Discounted Items: Sale items can only be exchanged within 30 days considering the exchange item is unused.
Incorrect product: if you received a product that differs from your order, you are entitled to a full refund or exchange.
Defective product: if you received a defective product, please contact our customer support team within 2 business days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at your discretion.
Damaged product: if your product was damaged during shipping, you can initiate a return for a full refund or exchange.
Tampered product: if you received a tampered product, please contact us immediately. We will thoroughly investigate the issue and take appropriate corrective action.
Return exceptions
To ensure fairness and product integrity, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
Personalized or customized items: items that have been personalized or customized with specific markings, engravings, or alterations cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.
If a product is used or returned without tagcards/labels, that item cannot be returned or exchanged.
If the product is found to be damaged by the customer, that item cannot be returned or exchanged.
Refusal: we reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.
Shipping costs for returns
Please note that customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning items for either refund or exchange.
Standard size orders: standard size orders can be returned for a full refund or exchange.
